  • The issuance of copies of medical records and certificates is officially accepted after completing the application form, identity verification, review of required documents, confirmation of the scope of issuance, fee guidance, and payment confirmation.
  • Requests made by phone, text message, KakaoTalk, personal contact, or verbally are handled as inquiries or application guidance, and the processing time is calculated from the date the official application is completed.
  • Documents that require preparation or confirmation by the attending physician, such as medical certificates, doctor's opinion letters, and surgery confirmation certificates, may take about 3-5 business days depending on the attending physician's treatment schedule, surgery schedule, non-clinic days, weekends, public holidays, and the scope of record review.
  • If the scope of the issuance request is broad or you request all past medical records, additional time may be required for review and printing.
  • Documents that are not separately prepared and kept at our clinic, materials that are not subject to standard copy of medical records or certificate issuance under the law, internal work memos, communications between staff, and materials containing others' personal information may be restricted from or unavailable for issuance.
