Causes and surgical methods
① When the nasal tip becomes lower
When the tip cartilage is weak and the columella short, the tip lacks support,
so the cartilage drops over time;
we correct it by extending the septum itself or strengthening the columella to lift the tip .
② When shortened by contracture
A condition where the nose lifts and hardens, shortening the tip; we remove the implant
while stretching the skin and nasal cartilage,
and insert a new tip implant suited to the individual to correct it.
③ When the nasal tip shape is blunt
When the cartilage was not properly narrowed or the subcutaneous fat was insufficiently treated,
leaving the tip shape blunt;
we correct it by regathering the cartilage or grafting the tip cartilage into a more appropriate shape and size.

④ When the bridge feels too high or too low
A revision due to dissatisfaction with bridge height;
we change to an implant size that matches the overall facial proportions,
and re-adjusting the bridge height is important.

When the left-right width of the bridge line from the brow bone
does not descend smoothly and the starting point at the outer brow is too wide or too narrow,
