Sleep Vaginal HIFU (Tightening) – 900 Shots (1 Session)
The 900-shot option is a high-capacity treatment designed for cases with significant widening of the vaginal diameter, loss of elasticity, dryness, and reduced sensation simultaneously. We stack shots at high density from the vaginal entrance to the deep inner walls to strongly target vaginal contraction, elasticity boost, improved lubrication, and the recovery of friction and sensation. Note: As this is a high-power, high-volume procedure, it is performed under sleep anesthesia. We proceed with customized settings only after meticulous vaginal pressure measurement and planning. This high-intensity single-session option is suitable for those with multiple childbirths, distinct laxity due to aging, or significantly reduced sexual satisfaction.
Treatment Details

Vagifill is a non-surgical procedure that involves inserting a collagen structure (allogeneic dermis) similar to human tissue beneath the submucosal layer of the vagina to achieve vaginal tightening and a plumping effect. It is considered a safe and effective treatment for improving vaginal laxity and restoring volume, as it offers longer-lasting results than fillers and a faster recovery time than surgery.

Seoul I Plastic Surgery's sedation anesthesia is administered selectively at the physician's discretion to help patients undergo procedures with significant pain burden more comfortably.
Sedation anesthesia is not uniformly applied to all patients. Through pre-procedure medical evaluation, the physician comprehensively considers patient condition, procedure scope, pain level, past sedation history, and medication administration history to determine whether to proceed and the appropriate drug and dosage.
This hospital strictly manages psychotropic medications used for sedation anesthesia in accordance with relevant laws and safety management standards, and misuse of these medications is strictly prohibited. Since dependency and side effects may occur depending on the individual, the procedure must follow the physician's guidance. Sedation anesthesia may be restricted when there is concern of misuse or when deemed necessary for patient safety.
