The implanter is a device shaped like a mechanical pencil, a method that loads one follicle at a time onto the needle tip and implants it into the desired area at a precise direction and angle.
It causes little drying damage to the follicles, so it can raise the graft survival rate, and is suitable for correcting the female hairline.

The slit is a fine needle-shaped device, a method that first creates narrow holes 1-1.3mm in size before implantation and then inserts follicles one by one. It is a method that can implant precisely in line with the direction and angle in which the hair grows.

Because the procedure time is short, the harvested follicles suffer little drying damage, so the graft survival rate is high. However, it is cheaper than slit hair transplant, and there can be relatively more scarring within the scalp and the density can be lower.
▪️ Slit hair transplant
If a specialist does not perform the implantation directly, controlling the direction and depth of the grafts is not easy, and the cost is relatively higher than implanter hair transplant. It is a method optimized for secondary surgery or scarred scalp.
After diagnosing the scalp and hair condition, we determine the surgical method and the number of grafts to be transplanted, then choose to proceed with the implanter or slit method
Although the slit method and the implanter method differ in process, there is no significant difference in graft survival outcomes, so it is best to choose the appropriate method considering the hair thickness and scalp elasticity.
